Day 1: Srinagar
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will board your vehicle and proceed to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is free for leisure activities. In the evening, enjoy a delightful Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you can visit the Floating Post Office, Floating Market, and Floating Restaurants. The serene beauty of Dal Lake at sunset will provide a perfect start to your Kashmir journey. You’ll spend the night on a traditional houseboat in Srinagar, experiencing the unique charm of this accommodation.
Day 2: Srinagar - Sonamarg Excursion
After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, a picturesque hill station about a 3 to 4-hour drive from Srinagar. Known for its glaciers and stunning landscapes with snow-capped mountains, Sonamarg offers a mesmerizing experience. You can opt to visit the Thajiwas Glacier by pony (at your own cost). Return to Srinagar by evening, where the rest of the evening is free for leisure activities. Overnight stay will be at your hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Following breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, also known as the Valley of Shepherds. En route, visit the Avantipura Temple Ruins, a Cricket Bat Factory, and the beautiful Saffron Fields. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check into your hotel. The evening is free for leisure activities, allowing you to explore the scenic beauty of Pahalgam at your own pace. Overnight stay will be at your hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 4: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, set out for local sightseeing in Pahalgam. Visit the enchanting Aru Valley and Betaab Valley using a local non-AC vehicle. The rest of the day is free for you to engage in leisure activities, perhaps exploring the local markets or enjoying the natural beauty around you. Spend another peaceful night at your hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 5: Pahalgam to Gulmarg
Post breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, a stunning hill station approximately a 2-hour drive from Srinagar, famed for its snow activities like skiing and sledge rides. Upon arrival, take a thrilling Gondola ride up to Phase 1, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The evening is free for leisure activities, allowing you to relax and soak in the serene ambiance. Overnight stay will be at your hotel in Gulmarg.
Day 6: Gulmarg to Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and return to Srinagar. Check into your houseboat for a unique stay experience. Later, embark on a half-day local sightseeing tour of Srinagar, visiting the Shankaracharya Temple and the beautiful Mughal Gardens. The evening is free for you to explore the local markets and indulge in some shopping. Overnight stay will be at the houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 7: Departure from Srinagar
Following breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your departure. This marks the end of your memorable journey through the stunning landscapes and cultural richness of Kashmir.
